IRONICALLY, THE TRUTH IS FANTASISED
The war is not between nation vs nation and man vs man.
When you close your eyes to the world, all you see is darkness.
When you close your ears to the noise, you hear the sound of your pulse.
It is in the silent moments of the day that we realise the war inside.
A war that goes on and on.
Human kind has always been at war since the dawn of civilisation.
Earlier, it was a quest for survival and marking the boundaries.
Now it is on the name of the nations and the religions.
But there is a more significant war that is not only going on for generations, but for many births and rebirths.
A war that is passed down by generations to the physical body.
The war that has passed down through rebirths to the metaphysical body.
The conflict we see in the world is a reflection of the conflict within.
A person who can’t accept the change for himself goes out to change the world.
This includes politicians, pundits, activists, parents, teachers, and everybody else who wants to change other people.
They are uncomfortable with themselves.
And they think that the world is wrong.
Like a bat, it sees the world upside down because that is how it has been conditioned to see it.
For a person conditioned to see the world as a problem, it is not okay to conceive any idea otherwise.
It is conflicting.
The world is at war. But the war is not nation vs nation and man vs man.
The war is against yourself. It has been for aeons.
The only change I want to see in the world is the change in myself.
If something is wrong in the world, it is wrong within me.
Either I am being judgmental about the world and myself.
Or I am not ready to accept the change.
This existence is older than us. The body is new.
You are ancient energy in a new form.
This existence has mitigated the change. This body is the medium of change.
And when the being no longer serves the purpose of the change, it is discarded.
Hence, if you want to be relevant and purposeful, facilitate the change.
Be the rock in the way, and the currents of the flow will remove you.
Be in the flow, and you will flow.
If any, this is the change I want to see.
The acceptance of the change.
I want people to recognise that you are at the middle of everything.
For you, you are the centre of the world.
This world is nothing without you.
Because you are the one who is experiencing it, in the way you want to.
This pulls you out from the victimising and puts you in the chair of the creator.
A freedom that comes with a responsibility.
To own your doings and the way you reflect in the world.
I want everyone to walk the path of self-discovery.
It is the greatest service to the world. If you worry about yourself, the world If free not to worry about you.
Set the world free from your bondage and own the freedom.
Ironically, the truth is fantasised.
Living in the idea of living is decorated and celebrated.
Most of the marketing is about selling an idea of living in the idea.
It seems diving into the unknown waters to lead a life with honesty.
Reality is unfamiliar to the people living in conditioning.
It is a far-fetched idea.
Going to school, getting a job and getting married is the structure society has erected.
Questioning is what we need to learn.
We need to learn that anything questionable is not real.
Anything that can be challenged is not true.
It is a perception and perceptions change.
You can change your religion like you change your clothes.
Facing and accepting the ever-changing nature of being is a direct experience of the divine.
It happens when you shed the skin of conditioning and accept the reality as it is.
A life without the effort of living is the celebration of being.
Let go. And let things happen.
It is the way you happen in life, instead of life happening to you.
One step at a time. One thought at a time.
Be mindful of what is going on in your head.
The endless battle of to do and not to do.
Be aware of the fact that life goes on with or without you.
When you are overthinking, you are missing out on life.
The best moments of life are the moments spent in present.
You can run away from it by being “busy”.
You can make relaxation a recreational event. Spiritual materialism.
But you won’t skip your mind. It will catch up.
The pile of thought will bury you sooner or later.
Why not face right now instead?
That’s the beauty of meditation. It is unconditional.
But we are so much encroached in conditional behaviour that we often forget that the best of you is ready for you.
Right here, right now.
You only need to let go of the constant mental battle of permutations and combinations.
Don’t run away from yourself, and you will walk into yourself.
That is the greatest discovery mankind can ever make.
It is not an invention or the finding of a new planet with life.
What’s the point of it, if you go to Mars with the same state of mind?
A walk is more than a million miles travelled without awareness.
You are awestruck by the beauty when you least expect it.
What expectations bring into life anyways? Disappoints.
Try not to expect or worry about the outcome.
You will be surprised. You will find yourself.
The purpose of cognition is not to count the stars.
It is to acknowledge that there are things beyond our comprehension.
Bigger than us and vast beyond our imagination.
An enlightened person is aware of everything that exists.
He is humbled by the fact that he can’t name any of it.
All is one, and he is one with all.
There is no division between him and others.
His life is a direct experience.
As it comes, as it goes. It goes as it comes.
If life is so simple and lived moment to moment, there is no worry about the future, no guilt about the past.
It doesn’t matter where you are coming from and where you are going.
You are at peace with yourself.
So nothing triggers the train of thought.
Nothing ignites the fire of overthinking that takes over the brain.
When you truly understand that the only moment we have with the self is the current moment, there is no point in going back and forth in time.
And the current moment is fragile; it ends as it begins.
Nothing really is.
Even clinging to the “now” is useless.
I spend my days in bliss. I am not there, only present is.
Uninterrupted.
What happens, happens without putting up a war with existence.
Without any complaints about life and miseries.
No conflict with the self.
I sleep awake.
Aware.
People in the past have paid the price to protect this knowledge.
They gave up their lives to prove it to be true.
They have cleared the path for us; all we have to do is walk.
Shun the distractions of the thoughts.
Thoughts are Maya, an illusion.
Wake up to the reality.
Live without the conditioning.
Live without the inner conflict of good vs bad.
Live without thoughts.
Live without mind.
Live.
To live by the truth is to die to the illusions that the mind has created.
The golden cage that feels lucrative, safe.
But life is lived when you set yourself free from the bondage of that cage.
Life is lived in the middle of the ocean and not anchored to the shore.
Life lived with courage is the life lived in the moment.
To win the battles in the brain, go towards your fears.
Look at the insecurities in the eyes.
You will cry, you will laugh, and there will be many opportunities for many emotions.
That is what makes us humans.
The waves on the surface of the ocean are a reminder of its depths.
The waves are part of the ocean and not the ocean.
When you close your eyes to the world, all you see is the source of everything.
When you close your ears to the noise, you hear the sound of the universe.
In the silent moment of the day, you realise the silence.
There is nothing you can do about many things, and yet so much you can experience.
The sense of detachment brings peace.
Your world reflects the peace, in the middle of the war.
You are at peace because you are no longer participating or experiencing.
Just being. Watchful.
Letting the storm pass without being thoughtful.
There is only one truth we need to understand to propagate peace.
Everything will pass.
The ambition to conquer the world.
The ambition to be someone to the world.
The ambition to be heard in the world.
The ambition to change the world.
Change happens; it is not brought.
Change happens when you allow the change to happen.
When I realised the truth, more than anything, I realised that I was carrying so much burden of the thoughts.
So much energy is required to remember.
So much of your being is spent on living in context.
It’s the battle we are always going to lose.
Either you lose yourself, or you lose interest in the battle.
The escape from the endless mental chatter is the greatest escape in life.
An escape that leads to the greatest discovery of life.
The discovery of the self. Who are you truly?
Without the conditioning, pretensions and even identity.
Once you are free from the brackets of the status quo, you are ready for an adventure.
Once you break the frames of conventionality, you are ready to experiment with life.
Live beyond conventional and unconventional.
Beyond known and unknown.
If you find yourself doing something never done before, great! You are the first one.
If you find yourself doing things that have been done thousands of times, you will find a way to do it in your own unique way.
That’s the beauty of being in love with yourself.
You see yourself as love, you fall in love with what you are doing, and you see love in the world reflected as your being.
When the battle that goes on and on in the mind is finally over, everything is over.
Only love is, and love will remain.
The secret to winning is learning how to lose.
Lose everything, give up the battle, and you will have won the war.
Fall in love with yourself and rise as you fall.
