YOU ARE PERFECTLY IMPERFECT
Exploring the unborn nature of things

Only birth and death are absolute, we think.
What happens between birth and death and what happens before birth and after death is unknown.
Yet this is our factual understanding.
To understand this spiritually is to understand the unborn state of mind.
This life, the happening and the presence of anything is an illusion.
The very nature of things in front of you is unborn. Our presence is a formality of occurrence.
Yet we delve to attach meaning to life. Like looking for a rabbit in the clouds.
Life asks nothing, and you ask life to be what you want it to be.
You set out to live a life to fit it in the frames of perfection.
You create a resistance with life, a constant resistance.
This is partly because of your conditioning, and partly because you look at a fraction of life.
When you are chasing the rabbits in the sky, you completely miss the sky.
When you are attached to the waves on the surface, you miss the depth of the ocean.
A true seeker seeks for the whole, and to know and become the whole you have to become nothing.
When you seek for the whole, you discard the beliefs that ask you to be perfect.
Life becomes Perfectly Imperfect.
All days are not the same
Whether you are meditating, or going on your daily affairs of life; not all days are going to be the same.
I write every day. There are days when writing flows flawlessly and there are someday when I know what I want to write but can’t put a finger on it.
I embrace these uncertainties. It adds beauty to the process of what you are doing.
If you have a clear vision of what to do today, let it happen with conviction.
If you don’t know what to do today and feel lost, get lost. Wander in the darkness and let it happen.
Let it happen, exploration and the findings.
Otherwise, the act of creating would become monotonous, and mechanical.
The ruggedness of the procession makes it entertaining and beautiful.
To embark on the journey with this understanding you will have to be detached from the process and processor.
Step back and look at it like a drama. Look who is doing the act, look who is thinking about who is doing the act.
Nothing is strictly spiritual
If you bind spirituality to the temple, religions or sects it loses its lustre.
If you put on a long face do something seriously, and call it a spiritual act, you are completely missing the point.
When I ponder the word spiritual, it is synonymous with joy, bliss and celebration of life and creativity.
Creation is a joyful experience. Hence we are drawn towards sex.
It is not only about the pleasure at the moment but also the possibility of creating something that looks like us, talks like us and has an essence of our nature.
A reflection.
Similarly, we are the reflection of our own being. We are the creation and creativity.
When you seek for the whole you realise that the moon and the reflection of the moon in the water are not the same.
The reflection is a mirage. Life is a mirage. We take it too seriously.
You are not your idol
I struggled a lot for a while.
In the midst of scripture and discourses. I took a long journey to a foreign land to find a person who is going through what I am going through after realisation.
I didn’t find anything, but I did discover something.
You are not our idol. You can’t idolise a person to be a role model neither can you idolise yourself to be your own role model.
When the mind is liberated and the ego is dissolved, you are no one.
You are not an idol. As your personality is in constant flux.
It dances to the rhythm of the self-nature. It sways to the harmony of the divine.
You seek for the whole, not perfect. Only to realise that you are whole and complete the way you are.
Your ways and your being might not and should not resemble someone else.
Intersections
At a glance over this idea, it seems like an intersection of two perspectives.
One, you are no one. Two, you are everything and everyone.
The reality is you are one with everyone and yet your actions in the world are unique.
There is no division between you, consciousness and collective consciousness.
You are the universe within and without.
The separation of body mind and spirit is a formality.
If you realise the truth, you realise the empty nature of the tangible and non-tangible elements of life, like the objects and your thoughts.
Enlightenment is to realise the unborn nature of things.
When you are aligned towards the centre of your core and operate from the state of flow, The thoughts are never born.
When you operate while being in the unmoving centre of your being, you act but never act.
You are not doing anything, everything is happening.
And the expectation that it should happen in a certain way is ego.
You have to dissolve the ego while being aware of every act you do.
It transcends the conflict of intersection created by the ego mind.
Liberate your mind.
Unborn
You were never born, you die every moment.
Every moment is a birth and every moment is the death to the moment that has passed.
Your physical form is a formality. A reflection of the divine manifested in existence.
Like thoughts are born out of nothingness, you were born from nothingness.
The thoughts are nothing, you are nothing.
The thoughts are impermanent, and so is your existence.
The thoughts are illusions, and so is the experience of living.
The thoughts are empty, and so is your body.
To seek for the whole is to seek for the empty nature of things. To know that everything is unborn, yet cognise to exist.
To become nothing and everyone.
