FEEL LIKE CONTROLLED BY THE EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES?
Let the life become a celebration.

Change is constant.
You change and you change.
Your change affects the world.
Like the butterfly effect in chaos theory, when a butterfly flaps its wing in Brazil it can cause a tornado in Texas.
We are all connected in such complex patterns that it is incomprehensible.
Mysterious.
Your small actions, decisions and occurrences can influence events that can change the world in an unpredictable way and might have a large impact.
There are two learnings from this understanding.
One, never underestimate the power of what you are doing, no matter how small it is.
Secondly, Impermanence is the only thing permanent, world view keeps changing.
It is crucial to introspect though, that there is a need to be stable and calm in the midst of this change.
To be in the unmoving centre of the tornado.
Detached.
Adaptability:
If something diminishes, like the extinct species, it is due to its own calibre.
Animals that have learned to live with humans have thrived.
Species which were able to adapt quickly survived.
If we learn to adapt to the ever-changing flow of this life, the change is no longer a change, but a rhythm.
A clue for which harmony to sing and sway on.
Finding stability means embracing change with open arms, learning to adapt swiftly to new situations, and thriving in the face of uncertainty.
Grounding:
Humans like to live in the world of fantasy.
Your thoughts about the past, future and even present are fantasy.
Most of the people live in the idea of living.
The life happens when you don’t think about it, but when you witness it.
The nakedness of the present moment without attaching emotions and notions of expectations is where life happens.
You are grounded in this moment. Mindfulness.
Be, don’t try to be.
Stability comes from mindfulness; grounding techniques like deep breathing and meditation anchor you in the present, fostering emotional resilience.
Life becomes a celebration.
Routines:
If you carefully observe the lives of people who are realised or who live in the present moment, you will find a routine in their lives.
Zen monks wake up early following the practices and reading scriptures.
Artists who sit in front of canvas not waiting for the inspiration to strike, but allowing things to happen.
OR a writer who picks up the pen and lets the story take its own course.
The story is told by the story.
A routine is not a regimen.
It differs from person to person. Do not fall into the trap of self-help gurus who proclaim waking up at 4 a.m. is best for you.
Piccaso woke up late, went out to chit-chat with friends and started working in the afternoon.
The fact that he was successful is not debatable.
It\’s not about a deliberate attempt to fit yourself into a timetable.
Be aware of things that you do naturally throughout the day and acknowledge them.
You will find yourself in a routine automatically.
Establishing daily routines provides a sense of stability, creating a predictable environment that helps navigate even the most unpredictable of circumstances.
Because you know what you won’t skip doing even if it is the end of the world.
Strength in Connectivity
Humans are social animals.
Even if you are an introvert, I am sure you can’t live without going to the grocery store.
A sense of belonging towards a community brings emotional stability to life.
You don’t have to devote, but at least have an affiliation with communities you love.
Every community has a leader, and a true leader inspires leadership in others.
You can have an elusive and solitary life or a complete extravaganza, the fact remains that there is a sense of belonging to a group.
Building strong relationships and a supportive social network enhances emotional stability, fostering a sense of belonging and security.
Continuous Learning
Nothing is absolute.
What you know today will be challenged.
Facts are nothing else but hardened beliefs. And belief can diminish over time.
A decade ago everyone believed that Petrol would last only for a couple of years as a fact.
We still drive petrol cars.
It happened because of advancements in technology and the latest cars being made more fuel-efficient on the basis of newfound knowledge.
Your learning starts when you finish your studies.
When the phenomenon called life strikes the right cord of your existence.
Embracing a growth mindset and continuously learning new skills fosters stability, making you adaptable and open to new opportunities amidst change.
