BEAUTY CAN NOT BE MANUFACTURED

How to be healthy without disrupting your lifestyle?

Daigo

I was having problems breathing and slight chest pain month.

I went to the doctor and she said I was overweight.

Exercise and diet was the only medication she prescribed.

It rang not bells but an alarm for me. We are so careless about our health.

If the body is said to be the temple for the soul, most of us are not taking the care it needs.

Well-being starts from the Body, before the mind and spirit.

I was at peace with my mind and spirit, hence totally neglected my body\’s being.

Said so, I have started my weight loss journey.

I eat healthy and delicious. I don’t starve at all. And I am making incremental progress.

Moreover, I am excessively reading about health and healthy recipes.

There is a whole debate about being body-positive, which I refrain from participating in.

In short — Being obsessed is not healthy and I am willing to be healthy.

Moreover, it was an ideal time to reflect on what is healthy, acceptable and beautiful.

This blog also brings an occasion to do so.

If)( is beautiful so is ( ).

I might be pointing towards the body shapes with the statement, but I don’t want to point towards the symmetry.

Nature is asymmetrical.

Humans consider so many aspects of nature flawed when found in humans.

Vitiligo Patterns on the skin are looked down upon by humans if found in humans.

A Hermès Birkin made of Vitiligo Crocodile Leather can sell for half a million dollars.

Our conditioning is surely deceiving us collectively.

We have come a long way in our evolution, but we are still part of nature and it is time to get what it means to be natural.

The Goal

We need to be healthy not to fit the size on the billboard, but to enhance the best of our bodies.

The posters on the gym wall and magazine cover push us towards the extreme opposite of obesity.

Pumping up muscle with steroids or inducing anorexia to become skinny?

Everybody is different. And that is the beauty of the human body.

The goal is not to be skinny but to be healthy.

As long as you are healthy, there is nothing wrong with being skinny or curvy.

Doctors would be the best person to point towards that not a magazine editor.

Beauty

Feel beautiful and the world will see you as beautiful.

Beauty is not about external validation, especially advertisements.

They are selling manufactured beauty.

True beauty is in the differences that we have not the similarities.

The body part that you don’t like, might become a statement.

All you need to do is accept yourself as you are.

When I see myself as healthy, I don’t see a muscular man OR Chad as they say.

It can be the aspiration of someone and their nothing wrong with it.

But it should not be your goal only because it is someone else pursuit.

Moreover, I like to be lean, not skinny but lean.

I will keep losing weight until I reach my ideal weight and then tone my muscles a bit.

Life

Life is not only about your body and clothes.

Life has many other aspects to it. You have many roles to play.

You can be healthy without disrupting your lifestyle.

I walk for an hour, which I love anyway. It allows me to think about the topics for blogs, and spend some time in nature.

Moreover, I will add a half an hour session of intense exercise when I lose more than 5 kgs with the walk and healthy diet.

That’s it!

I feel my life is incomplete if I don’t spend writing, reading and drawing.

You have to accommodate the healthy habits in the day-to-day life.

Not dedicate the life to it.

Firstly, it will not bring pleasure as life becomes monotonous; secondly, other things in life need your attention.

P.S. I have lost 5 kg so far. Will have to lose 15kgs more, and I will happily with my own pace and own way.
